(More customer reviews)We assembled the product (discarding the box) and THEN dug the 4'deep hole (which is very deep and a lot of work). As the instructions advise, you test the soil by pouring water into the hole to see how fast it drains. Our soil drains too fast for the product to be used. We now have a completely unused product that the company will not take back due to the lack of original packaging.
If your soil is sandy or clay, this product will not work for you!!
