(More customer reviews)I have been using this automated system for a long time. Before the change, one tray lasted almost a month for my one cat. With this new 'improved' litter box it smells almost immediately; it does not clean well; and the poop sticks to the metal prongs. I put in a new tray one just ten (10) days ago and I already have to replace it. Not sure what PetSmart changed, but go back!! Not a good change. Cyndi from Texas
