(More customer reviews)I ordered a totally framed litter pan...please see picture in their ad...got a size smaller only 3/4 framed...tried calling...always got a recording...will use the litter pan for a flower pot this summer...too much trouble to return...will not use Van Ness products. This is the first product bought from Amazon that I'm not satisfied completely. Very disappointing....
