(More customer reviews)I agree with the previous reviewer. This litter scoop is a lot smaller than I expected it to be. We use litter that lumps and often the litter chunks are bigger than the shovel. At the same time though the holes in the shovel are a bit too big so smaller pieces of poop regularly fall through. Our previous litter scoop didn't do that - and was bigger at the same time. As a result I can only give this product 3 stars.
