(More customer reviews)This has a nice striped pattern that looks good in our kitchen. At first, the material looks like it wouldn't be up to the job, but it turns out that it holds litter very well. Also at first, some of the plastic 'bristles' flaked off, but it has been fine since. The cutout in the back (to fit around the litterbox) is unnecessary to us, since we place the box in a small boot tray, then put the boot tray on the mat.
