(More customer reviews)I have four cats in my house. Two mine, two a roommates. We have a regular cat box upstairs and this scoopfree downstairs. The cats prefer the downstairs. So it get the most use. I am going through trays every 5 days, 6 if I am lucky. The product works, but simply cannot handle this much use in such a limited time to be effective. Urine did leak through as I waited to ling to switch the tray out (only 35 uses). So then I went to 5 days per tray. Way two expensive. I feel the hood they provide should be made taller to accommodate bigger cats.
If we only had one or two cats this would be ideal. The cost would be kept down and we could probably get 3 weeks use out of it. Maybe four. It was nice to not have to scoop all the time, but the smell and now the leaking became way to much to deal with. The other thing is this litter tracks something terrible. Finding it two rooms away!
Unfortunately I believe I may be throwing this out, since I cannot afford almost $70.00 a month in litter and hassle.
