(More customer reviews)This is a great product and I have two of them. I have the small and the medium. The small is a little bit too small but works ok. Just sometimes the dog does their business and their little bum hangs out and poop ends up on the floor. Anyway, the product is solidly made and comes set up. I ordered an extra piece of grass and that works great. Every few days or so I swap the grass and wash out the dirty one. You can go several days without changing or cleaning (I keep a pee pad in the bottom or paper towel to absorb urine) and just pick up the poop without any odor problems. Wash or rinse out in simple soap and I let drip dry. My chihuahua took to this immediately. No training even required. It is great for travel too in our RV. She broke her leg at 4 months and couldn't walk or go down stairs. So, being outside was impossible to train. This took all the problems with housebreaking out of the equation.
