The liner is not round, it is rectangular and it's barely big enough to fold over the top edge - MAYBE you get a half inch, but once your kitty starts doing his thing, the plastic WILL shift and you WILL get litter under the liner. And then what good is it?? I purchased extra large DRAWSTRING liners from Target - these fit great, they have plenty of extra room to fold over the top and the drawstring helps keep it in place while it's on the dome, and then it makes for an easy clean up. I do not recommend wasting your money on these liners - go to your local Target or Walmart.
