(More customer reviews)If you've used the standard white cartridges, well this is a big step down. The white boxes were very nicely made, slick, firm and they even had a lid so that when you threw out the poop-filled litter it looked like a lovely little gift box. These don't have a lid. They generally arrive a little smushed, i.e. not all the angles are at 90 degrees so you have to play with the box to make it fit the machine. The boses still never seem to fix exactly right; the blue/purple shield thing (if you have a machine, you'll know what I mean) pops off more often than it did with the standard box. Really, I'd like to just buy the empty, nice white boxes. The only reason I don't is that they cost $14 and I don't have anything I can do with the nasty sharp jagged litter that comes with it. So this product is good enough for now.
Suggestion to the manufacturer: offer us a product just like the white standard boxes but without the litter.
